Since 2008, Net Natives' mission has always been to help organisations attract, connect and engage with their "customers"
through innovative marketing and our own technology, be it social, online or mobile.
"Net Natives understand the science behind Facebook." CERN (you know those clever Hadron Collider people?). We do very
clever stuff for some wonderful clients. Building Facebook apps and creating social marketing campaigns are just some of
the amazing things we do, and we do them brilliantly.
Now we want a Sales Executive to help manage the flow of enquiries and spread the word about these pioneering projects.
But not just any Sales Executive. You need to understand what we do, how what we do makes a difference to our clients and
why we love doing it.
This is the job... as our Sales Executive, you will:
* Carry out B2B warm calling - that's right "warm. We have a lot of people who want to work with us. You need to help us
choose which ones
* Bring in clever business from new client opportunities - there are certain people we would love to work with and you
will be shown who and how
* Be able to use a phone and speak into it - a lot...
Pretty simple and fantastic, eh? Yes but that's we why are very picky about what we expect from our Sales Executive:
* You need to be clever - Probably best if you are educated to a degree level. We won't say no if you haven't, but we're
a smart old bunch down here
* You need to be nice - we get on with EVERYONE and EVERYONE likes us, because we build partnerships and relationships
with our clients
* You need to be able to organise yourself - and not just keep a tidy desk...you will have a lot on from a lot of clients
and lots of things to help them with
* You better want to do more and be the best - we only want people who are ambitious - what you do this year will be
different to what you will do in the next; you must want to grow as fast as we have
* Tell no porky pies - it's simple, we are an honest bunch and we expect openness and honesty from everyone here - in
everything you say and do to yourself, us and our clients
* Oh and you have to be happy - we all love being a Native and we want you to come in every day and love what you do

There is an OTE of 25-30,000 (uncapped) with a starting basic of 15,000. Full support and regular personal development
