Our Vision is making travel experiences special. Your role is to deliver excellent customer service and achieve
outstanding sales and profit results in our Foreign Exchange Bureau alongside demonstrating excellent operational
controls.

Please note this is a temporary position for circa 6 months and we are looking for both Full and Part time staff.

What You'll Be Doing

* Display a passion for sales and service and achieving your Foreign Exchange productivity target

* Plan and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines set by your shop manager.

* Ensure you deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a personal and attentive service at all times in
both the bureau and on the Shop floor.

* Ensure you are up to date with Company Sales, Service and Operational updates by using Retail Click (Company
Intranet) and financial control/Ops Online communication.

* Be an expert in the sale of Foreign Exchange and other currency related products.

* Drive Foreign Exchange key indicators such as Average transaction values to increase margin

* Be confident in dealing with Western Union transactions

* Add value and enhance the customer experience through the sale of 3rd Party essentials

* Assist your shop in retaining and building relationships with customers by obtaining the correct contact details.

* Be aware of all Foreign Exchange competitor activity and give upward feedback on a consistent basis

* Ensure your personal conversion rates of foreign exchange transactions are either higher than average or in line with
expectations based on your experience.

* Plan and manage currency stock levels to meet Customer demand within the Company guidelines

* Participate and willingly cooperate with colleagues to achieve team objectives

* Ensure you adhere to all Company polices and procedures at all times.

* Ensure your work is carried out with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail to prevent losses to the
company.
