trucks, two of the most successful lift truck brands in the industry.
They are a world leader in the lift truck industry with $1.8 billion in global sales for 2010. They have 12 strategically
located manufacturing facilities worldwide and product development centres on three continents. At the end of 2010, over
750,000 Hyster and Yale lift trucks were in operation worldwide.

Based in Fleet, The Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will be expected to make a significant contribution to the
Finance function within EMEA. This key role will be instrumental to the continued success of the EMEA Business which
typically generates annual revenue in excess of EUR500m.

Reporting to the FP&A Director, EMEA, the Financial Planning & Reporting Manager will be pivotal in achieving this
success through:

* Having full responsibility for coordinating and overseeing the annual and quarterly forecasting cycles, timelines and
reporting for the EMEA theatre
* Liaising with the Corporate HQ in Portland, Oregon to ensure planning timelines, assumptions and reporting requirements
are understood and that Divisional processes are fully aligned
* Managing, developing and mentoring a team of 3 analysts located across 2 sites within the UK
* Working with and influencing senior managers & European VP's on all aspects of the monthly close and forecasting
cycles.
* Overseeing and enhancing the balance sheet and working capital forecasting processes for EMEA
* Working with the FP&A Director to deliver the long-range 5-year financial forecasts to European and Corporate senior
management
* Overseeing the provision of financial analysis support for the Sales & Marketing operating budgets at both month-end
and during the planning cycles
* Identifying and implementing improvements across the FP&A function aimed at strengthening the planning process,
improving forecasting accuracy and enhancing the quality of reporting.
* Reviewing and tracking capital spend requests for the European Manufacturing plants
* Supporting the EMEA implementation of Cognos TM1 as part of a global project to migrate and harmonise the
organisation's financial planning processes on to a single, common platform.

* An accountancy qualification, with significant post qualification experience
* Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to build relationships with senior management and
non-financial functions across the business
* A passionate leader, with prior experience of managing and supporting a remote team, ideally gained within a multi-site
environment
* Experience of working in a manufacturing or distribution based business would be desirable
* Knowledge of SAP and experience with Cognos EP or TM1 would be extremely beneficial

In return NMHG can offer an excellent package, including a basic salary of between 50-60k + car allowance + excellent
bonus scheme + PHI + Company Pension Scheme.
