Our client, a leading bank, currently seeks a Personal Assistant, to be based in London
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:
-Keeping a check on all regular and non-regular OPCG reportings and ensure that reports are sent to the relevant counterparts in timely manner.
-Act as meeting planner and ensure good function of EOD meetings.
-Perform other ad hoc tasks directed by Team Leader, with and without support of other team members.
-Ensure requested meetings are all minuted and sent to review and stored historically.
-Coordinate services for EOD events, such as accommodation and transportation for participants, facilities, catering, preparing materials, audio-visual equipment, special needs requirements.
-Provide administrative support to all staff members within EOD Operations Planning & Control Group.
As such, the successful Personal Assistant will have the following skills and experience:
-Degree (Bachelors / HNC / HND)
-Solid administrative experience within a corporate environment
-Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - Essential
-Able to prioritise a high workload under pressure, with proven planning and organisational skills - Essential
