We are looking for an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Administrator with typing skills to provide all round support
to fee earners in the Personal Injury litigation area.

Located at this regional firm's Milton Keynes office, you will join a highly regarded support team which contributes to
the smooth day to day running of the back office administration function. As a 'Float', you will be the type of person
who is flexible about their duties, capable of responding quickly to the needs of the team (at all levels) and have some
understanding of the procedures and work of the litigation area.

You can expect a varied and interesting role which will involve time recording correspondence, opening and closing case
files, filing and archiving, dealing with telephone queries and liaising with clients, responding to email and general
correspondence, preparing documents for signature (proof reading), and dealing with postal and courier duties,

This is an immediate full time permanent opening and would suit an outgoing and personable character with sound IT and
typing, diary and file management skills. You will use the firm's MS Office and VisualFiles case management systems and
we are preferring someone who is confident with preparing and formatting complex documents on Word and Excel. The post is
not, however, a 'typing' role as such and work along these lines is sourced out to a typing pool.

The post also involves being trained and working as a local Fire Marshall and First Aider; if you have previous
experience of this it would be extremely useful.

An extremely friendly and sociable practice which places great emphasis on a happy working environment. Their IIP Award
endorses their commitment to their staff and in addition to receiving a good salary and benefits package, there are lots
of social events and awards for special recognition.
