Junior PM with solid Telecoms industry knowledge. Background on Telecom network architecture, IVR design and Telecom process for Call centre; Experience in IVR call flow design; Demonstrated strong understanding of working with an outsourced call centre and Telecom Carrier; Demonstrated deployment experience on international projects, working with different cultures and time zone; Min. 2 years or more experience in Telecoms industry and/or IVR management; Min. 2 years or more experience in international project work.
Telecoms, IVR and CS Tools:
Be able to create, design and deploy IVR call flows based on business requirements
Be able to evaluate customer feedback about IVR and improve call flows
Be able to understand Telecoms network architecture and essential requirements
Be able to understand call routing scenarios and evaluate/ propose technical solutions
Be able to map and allocate Telecoms expenses to respective infrastructure
Be able to understand CS Tools on fast track and become SME for selected tools
