This role is to:

To be part of the IT Access Management Team and ensure the success of Tesco Bank through a successful IT Access
Management team. This role includes working with business and technical teams to document access roles and entitlements,
ensuring that services are delivered consistently and that the security levels of Tesco Bank are maintained. This
involves using processes and tools I am given to deliver services in line with the requirements of a bank with a low risk
appetite for access incidents.

To do this you will:

* Improve Access Management review capabilities

* Provide RBAC support and guidance to business and technical teams

* Investigate and resolve ad-hoc queries from technical and business teams

* Produce audit evidence and conducting control checks on the review process

* Manage RBAC recertification

Experience required:

* Experience of working in the Financial Service Industry (preferred, not essential)

* Basic information security experience with regard to Access Management policy

* Previous experience with commercial Access Management review tools, ie Sailpoint

* Proven track record of building trust with technical resources to drive successful outcomes
