Staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by qualified nurses and support staff, this homely and welcoming home offers a step along the care pathway.
We are seeking to recruit an experienced support worker looking for a new challenge, preferably NVQ qualified or willing to undertake NVQ training who is committed, enthusiastic, flexible and has excellent communication skills.
An overview of the job role;
* To encourage the service users to develop and maintain skills.
* To assist service users with personal care with due regard to the dignity and privacy.
* Prepare food in accordance with the service user's choice, dietary requirements, and preferred methods in a safe and hygienic manner.
* Undertake duties as required
