A boutique Asset Managers with global offices is looking for an experience PA to support the European Sales Director in Munich, Germany. This is a high organisational role working in the German branch of this leading organisation.
In addition to managing complex diaries and organising complex travel itineraries, you will also be responsible for the smooth operation of the office. A small office, this is going to be an extremely involved and varied role where you will get involved in a broad spectrum of responsibilities.
This is an urgent role and it is therefore desirable that the chosen candidate be based in Munich already. Fluent German and English is imperative and previous experience working within the financial sector is advantageous.
