General Accounting Manager

Reporting to the Financial Controller you will be responsible for all the day to day Sub Ledger finance functions within
the company and the Web Sales Administration Function

Duties include:
Responsibility for the running of Accounts Receivables function.
Responsible for the Accounts Payable function
Performance of Monthly reconciliations (AR, AP) for review by the Financial Controller.
Ensuring correct interfacing from sub ledgers into General Ledger.
Making of payments through the banking system and administration of Barclays on-line process.
Responsible overall for the Employee Expense process, ensuring compliance with Company policy in this regard
Supervising the Web Admin function and reviewing the web admin performance and statistics
Ensuring the Web Admin function is resourced to support the web growth and control requirements
Expert use and knowledge of the Oracle computer system used within the company.
Producing a first class service to the customers and internally.
Working pro-actively and carrying out any improvements as required.
Carry out any other ad hoc work as detailed by the Financial Controller.
Responsible for the development of and compliance with Sarbanes Oxley processes
Ensure ISO 9001 and Health and Safety procedures are followed.

Skills required:
Qualified CIMA
Proven experience in a FMCG environment; used to interacting with other EU countries and managing currencies
Proven team management experience
Oracle experience
Experience of Sarbanes Oxley
