Conveyanging Fee Earner

Exciting opportunity for an experienced residential property fee earner based in the Manchester / Lancashire area

Our client is a well known and highly respected national conveyancing specialist with a number of vacancies due to
expansion. The are offering an experienced paralegal / lawyer an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic
environment.

Any Solicitor / Fee Earner applying for this post will need to have extensive experience handling:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Handling leasehold flats
* Dealing with shared ownerships
* Managing new builds
* Handling tenanted properties
* Working with auction properties and freehold management companies
* Extensive experience dealing with both registered an unregistered titles
* Experienced handling a caseload of up to 120 live matters

Applicants will need to be well versed working in targeted and paperless environment using a case management system.

Our client is offering the successful Conveyancers the opportunity to work within the North West at a leading business.
You will be offered a salary up to 32,000 + an attractive benefits and bonus package.
