This training provider has established itself as a market leader in providing funded, part-funded and fully commercial training solutions to businesses. Due to growth they are now looking to add a new member to the team to deliver efficient assessment of national recognised qualifications in waste management and recycling. You will be carrying out training and NVQ assessments at their head office based in Lincolnshire and at employers premises within the East Midlands.
You will need to hold your A1 assessor qualification along with your PTLLS as a minimum teaching requirement. You will have experience of delivering waste management and recycling up to a level 4 and be confident in handling caseloads of up to 60 at peak. Having delivered functional skills/key skills and technical certificates would be advantageous for this particular role.
Non negotiables for this role are good communication and IT skills, well developed written and oral skills along with a flexible and reliable approach to responsibilities. A self motivator with an outgoing personality and ability to work on your own initiative with good organisational skills. Relevant industry and NVQ assessment experience is a must.
You will be rewarded with a salary of up to 27k (depending on experience and qualifications), company car after you have passed your 3 month probation period, laptop, smartphone and an attractive annual leave package.
