We are looking for an experienced 2nd line Service Desk Engineer for a 3 month contract (likely to be extended) based in
Dorking/Surrey.Payrate is 16 per hour and hours of work will be between 9.00-5.30 Monday - Friday
Candidates must be confident to troubleshoot and resolve support calls Ina Windows Server 2003 & 2008 network,Windows XP,
citrix and server Terminal service administration - will also include VMware administration. In this role you will be
working on important customer calls 1st and 2nd Line support calls,remotely and interacting with the end user.
We are looking for 2nd Line Service Desk Engineers with a minimum of 3 years experience.
