Insurance Sales Executives are required to join an expanding, well known price comparison website in Cheltenham.
Fantastic working environment, competitive salary with bonus, great working hours and excellent benefits are all on
offer! As a member of the Outbound Sales Team, you'll be talking with customers over the phone who have recently asked
for a quote online for life and critical illness insurance. Through asking the right questions, you will be expected to
identify their needs in more detail and convert this through to a sale. It is essential that you have sales/ customer
service experience, preferably B2C. You must be able to communicate effectively with customers over the phone, have
excellent sales skills with a natural ability to adapt to different customer needs and not be afraid to ask for the
business. Excellent keyboard skills, a flexible approach to working hours, a proactive approach in your work with a
willingness to bring new ideas to the table are all key elements of this role. Targets are very realistic and achievable
