Our client is a major player within the water hygiene/legionella arena offering the complete range of services for industrial and commercial water treatment markets.

Due to the company's successful business growth they currently require a Legionella Risk Assessor to join their busy team to cover various contracts in and around the South East area.

They are looking for a keen individual who must have varied experience working within this role - carrying out legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP - L8 risk accreditation and within the legionella control industry.

Ideally, you would have attended an approved Risk Assessment course - City and Guilds or have had internal training courses and must have good working knowledge of commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these.

The role will entail carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments, producing schematic drawings and final documents including for clients.

Part of the role is providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through to quotations, and carrying out such works based on the risk assessment.

Carrying out monthly temperature testing and water sampling.

Carrying out survey of water systems and supplies as per ACOP L8.

Writing up reports and attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports.

Overall, the successful candidate will be flexible, have the ability to work independently and be prepared to travel.
