Grafton Banks Finance is working with this leading utilities business in Crawley to recruit a Tax Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates studying towards a recognised Tax qualification (ATT or CTA) to join a leading international business in a role that offers excellent progression. You will be responsible for ensuring a robust direct and indirect tax process is operating within the business. This will include the preparation of periodic tax returns and forecasts, minimising cash tax outflows and maintaining a good relationship with the tax authorities. As well as studying towards a recognised tax qualification applicants must be able to demonstrate relevant experience gained within a tax role; must have strong IT skills with Excel essential and SAP desirable; and will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the business.
