Due to a teacher leaving for maternity this school, a specialist maths and computing school, is looking to appoint a
suitably qualified teacher of ICT to start immediately. The school welcomes applications from both experienced and newly
qualified teachers.

The school has a wide ranging intake of pupils from various backgrounds and remains a vibrant and interesting place to
work. The school has few behaviour issues but still requires a teacher with classroom presence that has the ability to
inspire the students. The successful teacher will also have excellent subject knowledge and a real passion for ICT.

The school is a specialist ICT status school. The department has excellent facilities including the latest desktops,
laptops for all teachers and interactive whiteboards in each class. There are currently seven teachers in the ICT
department and refurbished classrooms will be available from September.

The successful candidate will be employed on contract till July where the post will be reassessed and either extended or
made permanent.
