We are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Solutions Delivery team. This candidate while reporting
to the Director of Development will coordinate and assist application support developers and quality assurance analysts
with client/system issues. The candidate will also develop quality assurance strategies and create, execute, update and
maintain manual and automated test strategies and proactively communicate the results.

Responsibilities

* Coordinates the timely resolution of defects for Maintenance Releases.

* Ability to communicate effectively to all relevant stakeholders: from clients, internal development staff to major
shareholders.

* Implements industry accepted Quality Assurance standards, methodologies, improvements to engineering processes and
tools.

* Based upon design specifications; create, execute, update and maintain manual and automated test strategies and
scripts.

* Identifies issues and deviations from specifications and accurately determines the source of issues.

* Analyzes defect metrics to ascertain trends and problem areas.

Key Qualifications and Competencies:

* Degree in Information Technology or relevant experience with Information Technology projects

* Industry standard Quality Assurance best practices including automation and manual test cases

* Experience in SDLC methodologies and best practices such as Waterfall, RUP, Agile

* Mobile Platforms - Win CE, iOS, Android, RIM, MS Mobile 7

* Payment Processes and eCommerce

* Transactional and Workflow systems

* RDBMS, SQL, Datawarehouse and BI

* Java and .NET platforms
