My West Sussex based client is a global fully integrated agency and a leading international provider of marketing, customer communications & CRM solutions.

They work with a number of blue chip companies, many of whom are the world's best known brands.

They are now actively seeking a talented Web Developer to join their friendly team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Development & unit testing
* Involvement in full life cycle of projects (including pre-sales, analysis and system design, development and support)
* Support and work collaboratively with team managers across areas of design, development, quality assurance and operations
* Be prepared to travel to London and Bristol (when needed) to work with client services and digital production team
* Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
* Be prepared to work outside of standard hours (09:00-17:30) including evenings & weekends as and when required, to meet client delivery timescales

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

* Strong Object Oriented Programming in .NET (3.5 and above) using C#
* ASP.NET WebForms, MVC, WCF, LINQ, Entity Framework
* Awareness/experience in GoF/Fowler patterns beneficial
* Experience in HTML/CSS/XML/JAVASCRIPT/AJAX/jQuery/HTML5
* Experience writing web services
* Strong SQL Server development/administration skills
* Used to working to deadlines and using Agile methodologies
* Experience of solution design and architecting of Intranet/Internet applications
* CMS experience beneficial
* E-Commerce experience beneficial
* Any experience with Social Networking site integration would be advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of digital design, information analysis, business analysis, development and QA processes
* Excellent organisation skills, including the ability to work across multiple large-scale projects
