Overview
An experienced Technical Sales Co-ordinator is required for a large business in County Durham.

Hours of work will be 48 per week (Monday - Friday)

Job
Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager this role will be responsible for providing expert technical support by vetting contracts and identifying sales opportunities to the commercial and logistics teams within the geographical remit.

Working closely with the commercial team on a daily basis the postholder will help support the sales personnel accurately interpret technically complex specifications, improve their technical knowledge of the products through education and training and help and enable them to increase the amount of special products sold.

Additionally, the successful candidate will interact with customers as required to ensure they are aware of and understand the benefits of the full portfolio of products.

Experience
MS Office Experience - essential
Excellent Telephone manner - essential
Previous experience in a customer service role - essential
SAP Experience - desirable
Previous experience in a quarry/construction environment - desirable
Previous experience in a sales environment - desirable

Remuneration
Negotiable
