Center Parcs is the UK leader in the short-break holiday market with four locations and a fifth to be opened in 2014.
Each Center Parcs 'village', set within around 400 acres of forest, is distinct and substantial with significant
infrastructures designed to create an attractive environment, through a combination of indoor and outdoor leisure
activities, restaurants and shops, and including corporate event and conferencing facilities. This key role reports to
the Sales and Marketing Director and is based at the Company's head office in Nottinghamshire, although significant
travel throughout the UK will be required. The focus of the role is to develop the existing Corporate Event Sales
business and this will be achieved through leading an experienced team and developing significant relationships with
corporate clients. The team consists of one Field Based Account Manager, a Sales Office Manager, three office based
Corporate Account Executives, one Sales Administrator and one Marketing Executive. There are also Sales Development
Coordinators on each site and access to the broader marketing department for additional support.

The priorities are to lead the Team, maximise the use of the client database, the website and other marketing and PR
channels and lead the development of business relationships with large corporate accounts and agencies. You will be
expected to grow the Center Parcs profile and market share within the Corporate Hospitality and Events sector in a
significant way and ensure it achieves its full potential. Center Parcs is recognised as a world-class customer service
organisation being the winner of many major awards and its potential in Corporate Sales is significant. You will need to
have developed an impressive career to date in sales and marketing within the Corporate Hospitality, Hotels, Travel or
Leisure sectors and you must have a real strength in business relationship building and team leadership and development.

You will further develop the strategic sales plan for Corporate Sales, ensure that all operating systems and sales
administration procedures are maximised and you will also bring gravitas, integrity and high levels of corporate sales
and event knowledge to the role.
