SOUS CHEF Worcestershire
A great opportunity for a passionate Sous Chef to join the brigade at this Worcestershire based 4* hotel & restaurant
with 2AA Rosette's. The Hotel has 35 traditional rooms and is supported by a 60 cover restaurant featuring a modern
British menu. The use fresh produce and support local suppliers where possible and everything is made from scratch.
The role of Sous Chef Worcestershire;
*You will work in and help manage a team of 7
*You will on cold starters and then will get full training on the other sections within this kitchen
*You will work to a modern British menu
*You will work 5 days from 7, including some split shifts
Candidate requirements for Sous Chef, Worcstershire
*You must have relevant food hygiene certificates (NVQ's etc)
*You must be passionate and ready to listen and take direction
*Sous Chef already with some AA Rosette experience
The salary for the Sous Chef Worcestershire is 24-26K + tips,
