Branch Manager - Automotive Aftermarket Parts Distribution

Our client is a large and well-known automotive parts motor factor. Due to recent strategic changes and continuing growth
in their regional parts business, they now require an experienced Branch Manager for an exciting regional branch in the
North London (Enfield) area.

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the success of your site. You will lead and motivate the branch team, work
with the management team to determine annual budgets and ensure that oeprational functions in the branch run smoothly.

Most importantly, you will be able to create a positive and supportive environment where employees are valued and can
reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a previous track record in the sales of parts for the automotive aftermarket, or management
of a distribution based sales team. You will have good operational management skills, as well as being able to grow and
develop the branch team to ensure achievement of objectives.
