Midlands
Defendant EL/PL Fee Earner: This leading insurance litigation firm urgently requires an EL / PL fee Earner to join the Midlands based team. The Defendant EL / PL Fee Earner will work alongside other like minded EL/PL Fee Earners to generate outstanding results.
Defendant EL /PL Fee Earner Core duties:
- Run a case load of EL/PL files.
- Pursue conclusion of a file as soon as practically possible
- Review files and formulate initial strategy
- Negotiations with Third Party Solicitors
- Liaise with insurers and the insured where necessary
EL/PL Fee Earner Requirements and experience:
- Positive and enthusiastic individual with litigation experience in EL and PL files
- Comprehensive EL/PL experience
- Solid IT skills including Word and Outlook
- Familiarity of working with a case management system
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
