A vacancy has arisen in this Leading Law Firm for a Team Leader in their Commercial Lending department.
Reporting to the Operations Manager in Glasgow, the Team Leader will be responsible for a team of Paralegals. The main purpose of the role will be to develop the team to ensure delivery of a consistently superior level of customer service whilst managing the day-to-day planning, operation and workflow of the team to meet with the required service level agreements and quality standards.
Within this role you will be required to allocate workload, prioritise actions and monitor team resource so that client deadlines are met as well as being responsible for all people management related issues including absence management, disciplinary, training and development (including conducting monthly 1:1s and performance appraisals with all team members.
The successful candidate will able to demonstrate previous supervisory experience within a similar environment along with proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, therefore you will need to possess excellent communication skills with a personable, reliable and diligent attitude to work.
This position would suit someone with a finance/debt background.
