Continued expansion has led to new opportunities to work for a leading semiconductor company based in Cambridge. My client is looking for talented and motivated software engineers for a Build, Integration and Test role. They are looking for technically experienced Software Build, Integration & Test Engineers to support the development teams in creating a successful and extensive CPU software platform for the development of software.
The successful applicant will have experience in:
* Demonstrable skills in high level scripting languages (Python,Perl, TCL)
* C/C++.
* Working with different OS (Linux, Windows, Android, Symbian etc.)
* Identification & resolution of Build Issues
* Identification & resolution of Test Regressions
* Continuous Integration, within an Agile team
Some of the following would be advantageous:
* Knowledge of Software Lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation and configuration control
* Experience in one or more of: Microsoft Visual Studio (VC++), STL, GCC, SVN, git.
* Knowledge of CPU modelling & simulation.
* Understanding of CPU architecture, CPU simulator design, compiler technology, low level Operating System APIs
* Knowledge of SystemC and Transaction Level Modelling (TLM)
