We're looking for someone special to join our team of Pastoral Support Officers to assist in encouraging, developing and
supporting our students through their learning journey here at St Anne's Academy. The successful candidate's main
responsibility will be our Year 9 students although there will be opportunities to support students across different year
groups as part of your duties.

If you have successful experience working in a pastoral role, can develop positive professional relationships with
children, young people, their families and colleagues alike and possess sound administrative and IT skills, then this
could be the job for you!

Excellent interpersonal, team-working and communication skills are also essential as you will be a key point of contact
for parents and carers. You must be able to respect confidentiality at all times.

At St Anne's Academy you'll be part of a team which seeks out the best in everyone. What we want for our students is also
what we want for our staff; that they are supported, valued and encouraged to achieve their highest ambitions and you
could be the one to share the exciting challenges ahead.

St Anne's Academy, jointly sponsored by David and Anne Crossland and the Church of England, has a caring, supportive
ethos designed to inspire students and staff to learn and grow together. We have fabulous new premises and cater for up
to 750 students from Year 7 to Year 11 plus 150 Sixth Form students.

Getting here couldn't be easier, we're just off J19 of the M62, with free car parking for staff an added bonus.

If you share our vision and could help us make a difference to the education and lives of the young people we serve,
we're waiting to hear from you.
