service to our customers, large and small.

To promote our Air Conditioning and Cooling Hire Services, and to handle the large influx of enquiries and orders during
the summer months we need Telesales and Sales Administration staff to work in our Manchester contact centre.

The Telesales roles involve making outbound sales calls and handling and converting inbound sales enquiries. The Sales
Administration roles provide administrative support to the internal and external sales teams.

Technical knowledge is not required as full training will be given. You must be literate, numerate, computer literate and
have an excellent telephone manner with good administration and communication skills and a strong customer service ethic.
Previous relevant experience of call centre, telesales, internal sales or sales administration work is preferred but
enthusiasm and drive are essential.

We offer a competitive rate of basic pay and an excellent commission scheme. 40 hour week.

We are interviewing in April for May start dates and there are excellent opportunities, with permanent positions
available to suitable candidates at the end of their temporary employment.
