recruitment process.
Due to a significant increase in demand for our services, we are now looking to add to our team through the recruitment
of an Assistant Account Manager to be based from our head office just outside Leeds. Reporting to the Client Relationship
Director, the role will be to support some of our major FMCG and Construction clients including Whitbread, Nestle, Mars
and Persimmon Homes. Your day to day tasks will include posting jobs online, candidate management and CV searching
through our network of online databases. You will assist in general administrative support duties including business
development, diary management, drafting proposals and creating advertisements.
The Assistant Account Manager will be a team player, ideally graduated with a 2:1 or above in a business or language
related subject and will have worked in a general administrative support, sales support or recruitment business. You will
have excellent PC skills and you will be confident and courteous when dealing with clients. You will have exceptional
communication skills, both written and verbal. Above all, you will show flexibility, be highly organised and have the
ability to prioritise.
