People are key to underpinning Innospec's business and driving it forward. As a result of Innospec's continued success
and commitment to increasing its legal capability there is a need for an additional lawyer to join its team in the
following role:

GLOBAL COUNSEL - COMPLIANCE
To 85k plus package

The opportunity
Innospec seeks a talented lawyer to develop its compliance operations globally and ensure compliance remains a top
priority. You will report to the VP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer and have one direct report.

Working with the Executive Team and key decision makers, you will assist in securing new business and managing risk. In
particular you will work closely with the sales teams to assess how Innospec does business and who they deal with. You
will review and administer Innospec's compliance policies, procedures and practices. This will include proactive risk
assessment, evaluation of compliance and regulatory requirements and delivering training. Specifically, you will advise
on the UK Bribery Act, the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, sanctions, export controls and other anti-corruption laws
and regulations. You will also be part of the team dealing with relevant authorities.

The person
The ideal candidate will be a senior lawyer with experience of managing risk, reviewing business best practice and
implementing change; an independent thinker, transparent in their approach and commercial in their execution. Working
with Innospec's in-house lawyers, business leaders and external providers you will gain the knowledge you need to make an
impact quickly. This is a rare and outstanding opportunity to lead the continuing development of the compliance programme
