Background
Our Client, based in Warrington, has a contract opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer to start work ASAP until the end of
August. You must have experience of complex commercial contracts, negotiating commercial contracts and procurement
experience.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
- State aid and competition issues - The drafting of commercial agreements - Intellectual property and branding issues -
Drafting contracts - Provide commercial legal advice to clients/stakeholders
Outputs/Deliverables to be achieved
Providing accurate and timely legal advice to clients.
Skills/Experience Required
Commercial Lawyer with - Sound knowledge and experience of Procurement Law, contracts, FOI, Data Protection and
Intellectual Property - Experience in Public Law is desirable but not essential
Formal Qualifications Required
Qualified Commercial Lawyer Desirable - minimum of 4 years experience PQE
