Employment Solicitor, Devon -This is a traditional well established legal practice with offices across Devon. The firm is forward thinking and modern and handles all business and private client needs. The firm is now looking for an Employment Solicitor to manage a caseload of a range of Contentious and Non Contentious matters. The department act for both employers and employees and the main categories of work undertaken are - Drafting Employment Contracts, Reviewing Employment Contracts and Procedures, Redundancy, Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal, Contract Disputes and Disciplinary Matters. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years' PQE and possess an excellent knowledge of all aspects of Employment Law. Your caseload will also consist of some commercial work so experience in this area would be beneficial. You will be a qualified solicitor and ideally be either based in the South West or looking to relocate to this beautiful area.
