Our client is a dynamic and growing ATM and Airports consultancy based on the South Coast. They specialise in air traffic operational concept validation, simulation, analysis, safety studies and human factors. They are currently expanding from their core European market into the Middle and Far East markets and are looking for additional staff to share in the fun and excitement of growing the company in this challenging time.

They are looking to recruit an experienced Lead Analyst or Senior Analyst .You will have experience in the preparation, conduct, analysis and reporting of ATM and airport simulations, including real time and/or fast time with a knowledge of the validation techniques applicable to both types of simulations. An understanding of the E-OCVM would be a significant advantage.

You will have taken the lead on high-profile projects, demonstrating a keen Project Management approach to business with an understanding of bringing the project in within budget. You will be able to identify risks and methods of mitigating them.

Skills and Qualifications
A strong degree level qualification in a numerate, analytical or engineering / aerospace discipline;
Experience in data analysis, mathematical modelling and statistics;
Experience in planning, running and analysing large scale simulations;
A strong understanding of the Air Traffic Management industry;
Extensive understanding of operational concept research, development, and implementation;
In-depth knowledge in the use of all MS Office products, including MS Project;
Project Management experience;
Experience in leading and running teams;
Excellent communication skills and an ability to convey technical results to a non-technical audience;
The aptitude and attitude required to work in a small, growing consultancy;
Eligibility to work in the UK and to pass the security screening procedure;
The willingness to work overseas.
