LAW Absolute are urgently seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well know local authority based in the North West of England.
You will be required to work on a specific project, which is connected to the refurbishment of the market hall. The candidate will need to deal with drafting new leases and documentation, dealing with tenants and landlords under the 1954 Act. Previous experience in these areas is essential, preferably from a local authority. The role will be for two months initially.
