A bright and ambitious NQ corporate solicitor is required to join this niche practice as a result of planned expansion. You will take responsibility for your own caseload, in addition to supporting associates and partners on more complex matters.
Some examples of the type of work you will handle include:
Private equity.
MBOs.
Mergers and acquisitions.
Disposals for shareholders.
Restructuring and related tax issues.
You will have undertaken at least one training seat in corporate and have the enthusiasm and ambition to pursue a career in this area. In addition, you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
Our client is a dedicated commercial practice with a strong client portfolio comprising regional, national, European and Anglo-American companies. Recent examples of work include dealing with multi-million pound businesses in the fields of hotel and leisure, aerospace and manufacturing.
You will be given full support and training to develop your long-term career with the firm, whilst being encouraged to take responsibility for your own matters and client relationships from the outset.
