Recruitment Consultant required for highly successful recruitment agency dealing in medical staff. The role is to start up a new desk from scratch so will involve cold calling, sales and business development. Once you have brought on new business you will then be responsible for sending their details to the client, setting up the interviews, and managing the candidate right through to offer stage. Must have previous recruitment experience within a medical / nursing capacity; along with impeccable customer services and excellent people skills. You will need to be highly efficient, organised and intuitive. A team player for a busy, expanding team! In return a great working environment and good package is on offer - OTE of 50-60K. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
