Leading Marketing and Distribution Company, a leader in its field requires a FMCG Business Analyst Practice Manager for their Western Suburbs Sydney head office.

Your role will see you coordinate team activities & lead the team of 12 - 14 Business Analyst through delivery of solutions (including analysis, requirements & quality management).

On a daily basis you will be involve;

* Provide thought leadership, best practices and institute most effective methodology for environment

* Function as a Solution Design/Delivery interface between Business Analyst and other teams including (Solution Architects & Technical teams)

* Mentor & develop other Business Analyst in a manner that increases the overall effectiveness & value of the team

* Provide project support that ensures problems are resolved in the shortest practical time frame and that detrimental impacts are minimized

* Clearly document information and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed throughout issue life cycles.

* Engage all appropriate stakeholders to ensure business buy in on system changes.

* Actively seek new resources to provide suggestions/solutions where functional or business processes may be improved.

To succeed in this role you will need;

* Relevant tertiary qualifications and industry experience

* Have worked as a Business Analyst Team Leader in the past

* FMCG experience - essential

* Previous experience working with ERP or complex systems highly desirable

* Experience in working with end user support is desirable

* Ability to listen, relate to and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and client base

* Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the view to building strong relationships

* Values time as a premium asset & is achievement oriented

Note - transport is required - either car or motorbike.
