90-120k plus 12% bonus

Major Global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Business Continuity Consultant to manage and lead the Business continuity consultant's team for client engagements. Need to have strong PM and leadership skills over Business Continuity process implementation. Will need to have strong Risk assessment and Business Impact Analysis experience. Must have crisis management and BC plan documentation expertise.

* Process documentation knowledge

* Deep, multi-industry Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis experience

* Multi-industry business continuity strategy development experience

* Crisis management and business continuity plan documentation experience

* Plan test (exercise) experience (facilitation, simulation, and review)

* Training and awareness program development knowledge

* BCM audit experience

* Plan maintenance process knowledge

* Design and development of alternate workplaces, emergency operations centers and hot-sites

* Crisis communications and media handling process development experience

* BCM software solution knowledge (pros/cons) and customization of internal templates and screens

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL CREDENTIALS

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Information Systems, Information System Technologies, Management Information Systems)

* Minimum GPA 3.0

* 3+ years in a related field, preferably in professional services and/or industry

* Professional Certification such as CISSP, CISM, ABCP, CPT, are strongly preferred

* Excellent job stability

* Prefer someone out of professional services, and have multiple industry experience.
