A market leading telecommunications company is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Berkshire.
The HR Advisor will be responsible for;
*Supporting the business in delivering corporate, regional and local HR policies & programmes
*Coordinating processes and issues in areas of case management including performance management, absence management, disciplinary, & grievance
*Provide an advisory service & support HR activities
*Build effective relationships with employees and managers
*Support managers in using Employee Relations processes
*Ensure all eforms and local forms are correct
The successful candidate will have;
*Strong case management experience
*Proven background in TUPE
*Achieved or working towards a HR certification
*Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
*Knowledge of SAP
*Proficient IT skills
*Ability to travel within the UK
