LATAM has shown unprecedented growth for them over the last few years, benefitting from the economic boom across the region. To support this growth the company is seeking to make a senior appointment to oversee their activities inArgentina. Based in Brasil orArgentinathis opportunity presents an exciting prospect for an experienced commercial lawyer, ideally with some previous legal team management experience.

This role will fulfil an important remit for the company and you must meet the following criteria;
* Business level Spanish and English is essential, Portuguese and other languages are desirable
* You must be a Lawyer qualified in aArgentina,Brazilor other compatible LATAM jurisdiction
* Previous legal team management / mentoring experience is desirable
* Experience within the I.T / Telco industries withinArgentinaand Brasil is essential
* You must have extensive experience of high-worth contract negotiation and management - full cycle.
* A proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external partners is essential
* You must have experience of working with large project teams on big-ticket, multi-region projects for the I.T or Telco industries
* You must have a demonstrable track record of building successful business relationships with key internal and external partners across all levels of seniority
