Our client a creative, supportive and forward thinking Promotional Merchandise Company based in a funky, buzzy office in The City require an experienced Accounts Assistant.
Duties will include bank reconciliations, coding of supplier invoices, checking supplier invoices to be billed to clients, inputting supplier invoices onto Sage, insuring the nominal ledger is maintained, credit card reconciliations, petty cash reconciliations and processing supplier payment runs using BACS.
We are looking for someone who works well within a team and has high attention to detail. The required candidate must have Sage 50 experience, be experienced within bank reconciliations and ideally have used Bacs Payaway IP.
