JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Based knowledge of standard industry practices.

* Able to acquire knowledge of procedures for Leveraged Systems Host applications.

* Effective and diplomatic communications with technical and non-technical resources is critical. Excellent Analysis skills, can gather and document business requirements, determines specifications, designs and develops complex, business critical software solutions, enterprise-level applications and custom integration solutions.

* Utilizes appropriate software engineering processes either individually or as part of a project team.

* Produces deliverables related to the assigned projects. Assists in project post-implementation support and system enhancements.

* Provides expertise regarding the integration of applications across the business and recommends solutions based on long-term IT organization strategy.

* Works in a fast-paced team environment; has excellent communication skills; participates in on-call rotation to support production system; takes a proactive approach toward application development.
