The role

1) Developing unit engineering strategies and aligning with corporate vision and business strategies
2) Justifying and managing implementation of capital investment
3) Develop a clear organisational direction and establish relevant key performance indicators to drive improvement
4) Generate effective mechanisms of monitoring, reviewing and reporting on progress against objectives at all levels

Candidate skills / qualifications

1) Strong experience as a Production Engineer OR Manufacturing Engineer OR Production Supervisor ESSENTIAL
