Senior MPLS Design Engineer
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

* Requirements analysis and detailed design of various technical aspects for MPLS core network on a project basis

* Translate requirements into technical specifications

* Work with project managers and peers to produce effort estimates

* Assess requirements and make design recommendations

* Produce models (integrated function, process dependency or entity relationship) that form the foundation for further analysis

* Develop architecture designs which are well-thought of, reasonable and practical

* Leverage customer methodologies to produce results in a timely and predictable manner

* Assess difficult requirements, processes them and form innovative models to arrive at solutions to address these requirements

Education & Qualifications:

* Degree in a technical discipline (eg Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.)

* CCIE-SP certification is a Must

* CCDE is a plus

* Juniper or Huawei expert level certificate is a plus

* ITILv3 is a plus

* PMP is a plus

Requirements

* 10 years of Cisco working network experience

* 5 years of Cisco MPLS Design Experience at Tier-1 Service Provider

* Cisco CRS-1, CRS-3 SC and MC

* Cisco 7600

* Cisco GSR 12K

* ASR 9K

* Cisco Catalyst 6500

* Network Capacity Management

* Experience in redundancy architecture where more than 1 level of redundancy is exist

* Strong knowledge of standard engineering principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

* Strong understanding of system integration and hardware issues.

* Demonstrates core engineering competencies.
