NATO Microsoft/Oracle Developers ----Luxembourg-English or French Speaking
NATO is looking for NATO Microsoft/Oracle Developers with Proven development experience of at least 5 years on medium/large projects based on Microsoft .NET Versions 2.0 to 4.0 coupled with Oracle and Microsoft SQLServer databases. Very good knowledge of PL/SQL, C#, WCF and the customization of Microsoft Biztalk using orchestrations, custom schemas and custom components. Ability to explain issues at different levels of the hierarchy. Ability to write clear and concise reports and technical documentation. Very good knowledge of one of the two languages and working knowledge of the other, being English and French.
