NATO DBA Specialists - Luxembourg - English or French Speaking
NATO is looking for DBA Specialists with proven DBA experience of at least 5 years - on medium/large projects - on the management of multiple database instances, based on Oracle 10g or 11g.The mastering of the Oracle management tools and other standard management tools as QUEST/TOAD is required. Experience configuring databases in a cluster environment, handling configurations for high availability, disaster recovery tools and techniques. Proven expertise - on medium/large projects - on the management of multiple database instances, based on Microsoft SQL Server. The mastering of the management tools is required. Experience configuring databases in a cluster environment, handling configurations for high availability, disaster recovery tools and techniques. Ability to explain issues at different levels of the hierarchy. Ability to write clear and concise reports and technical documentation. Very good knowledge of one of the two languages and working knowledge of the other, being English and French.
