Private Property & Agriculture Solicitor, Hampshire - Our client is a leading regional law firm with a national reputation in key commercial and private client services. The private property and agriculture team has extensive and in depth experience of dealing with all aspects of residential and agricultural property from buying and selling estates, farms, houses and land to all forms of occupancy including problems and disputes arising from them. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE gained in residential conveyancing, having worked on behalf of estate agents, referrers and private individuals in high value sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, creation of property leases, Lease extensions, trust deeds and mortgages. You will be a team player with a strong client focussed approach. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to progress their career working within a friendly and progressive team.
