Graduate Software Engineer C, C++, Java, Android

A leading provider of wireless communication solutions for the consumer, industrial and automotive markets is looking for a fresh graduate to join their software engineering team.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will train and support the field application engineers in designing in the software into the customer's end products, which are mostly consumer or industrial applications.

You will be designing and implementing Android framework drivers, Windows device drivers and cross platform tools or reference software that can be used as guideline for customer implementations.
Together with the software you will be asked to provide the necessary documentation in the form of integration manuals and application notes. This position will be part of the software team that develops the GNSS products, in close cooperation with the firmware development . This position, in addition to core project work, also allows some time for carrying out individual innovation "pet projects".

Profile:
*MSc or BSc in Computer Science.
*Experience in cross platform software development.
*Experience in Linux and Windows Kernel/User mode device drivers.
*Experience in Android development (knowhow on framework internals is considered helpful)
*Programming languages and tools:
*C, C++
*Java, Android
*MS Visual Studio
*Subversion or other version control software
*Perl

Other requirements:
*Flexible team player, with the ability and motivation to work as part of a bigger project and team.
*Good analytical and communication skills, innovation drive and quality focus.
*Good English, both spoken and written.
*Knowledge of GNSS theory and practice is a plus.
