70,000 - 80,000

LOCATION - LONDON

Global organisation seeks to appoint a Business Process Improvement Manager - offering a basic salary banding of 70kGBP to 80k + 25% bonus and corporate benefits.

BRIEF
To develop the EMEA Business Process Management strategy and plan. With responsibility for the development, implementation, administration and measurement of process improvement initiatives.

To conduct technical audits against quality standards for improvement and to develop initiatives to promote and increase process awareness.
Set aside and agree best practice Business Process standards.
Liaise with internal international BPI departments.
Facilitate the BPI reporting metrics.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Proven in a BPI position for a minimum of 2 years.
ITIL
ISO9001
Project Quality Assurance and leading teams
Six Sigma
Quality techniques and auditing
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and under pressure
Prince 2
Oracle preferred.
