In Rhondda Cynon Taf we are strongly committed to the continuing development of our staff and of our services. Many of our achievements in Learning and Development have been recognised for excellence through the Social Care Accolade awards. We are constantly striving for continuous improvement and are looking for a like minded individual to join us.
You will be joining a highly effective training team, committed to innovative development and delivery of learning and development work across our locality. We are proud of our role in supporting and underpinning best practice in children's services.
We have a strong local, regional and national profile, and our success has been built on supportive operational teams and senior managers, commitment from our many independent and voluntary sector partners, and determined and innovative specialists.
We are looking for a positive and committed team player with knowledge of the issues affecting the social care sector who can demonstrate an innovative approach to addressing the challenges we face. For example, you will bring excellent knowledge of the Credit and Qualification Framework for Wales and of the emergent CPEL framework for social work.
If you have a real commitment and depth of experience in children's services, are an excellent communicator at all levels and are ready to use your skills and enthusiasm to take this work forward with colleagues in this highly important area, then we would love to hear from you.
